Return Policy

Currently, items purchased on LaurenElan.com are final sale. Please ensure you are satisfied with your item choice prior to purchasing. If additional images and/or information would be helpful, please contact me prior to purchase. Items that have been damaged during the shipping process can be repaired following the same steps as Repair Policy.


Repair Policy

Although we do our very best to package items with care, damage due to the shipping process can unfortunately occur. If you receive your item in a damaged condition, we will do everything we can to send you a new piece asap and cover your shipping costs (when shipped as requested). Please contact us and identify the following:

1) date purchased

2) item name

3) description of damage

4) your email address/name

Due to the nature of the design & materials used, certain parts required to repair older items may no longer be available but will be replaced as close to their original look.

Other damages that occur with wear within one year of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost. Please email us for details. Please note that some metals can discolour or tarnish with excessive wear or due to skin pH or use of skin care products. See product care.
